I was traveling on 40 just stopping here to grab a bite and get back on the road. I went through the drive thru and placed my order quick only to wait in line for like 5 to 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Word of advice, If someones food is going to take a while can you have them pull out the way for the convenience of others. Other than that my food was good and hot just how I like it!
Waited ten minutes in the drive through with no cars in line. Finally decided to go in and waited another 15 minutes just to get my order taken with only one couple in front of me. They were out of sweet tea. Took another 20 minutes to fulfill my order and send me on my way. The three people behind me ended up walking out because nobody had even acknowledged them. Though I understand how short staffed they said they were; their manager was out of line.
The service is terrible. The food was cold and sometimes burnt. The staff hang out the drive thru window and smoke. Every time me and my husband go they always stare at us. No hair nets!!! They are unprofessional. Very lazy workers.
Slower than slow service, refused to give ice from behind counter when dining room ice was out. Rude customer service. Food was dried due to sitting under heat lamp to long.
If I could give zero stars, I would. For years, this place has been absolutely unable to get orders right. Then, when told they filled the order wrong, they absolutely couldn't care less. My order tonight was refunded, with no apologies, rather than being corrected. It has been months since I was last here, and it will be months before I come here again.
