I contracted with ACE to install a home theater system in my home being built in 2014. ACE was selected for several reasons; knowledge of options to recommend, promptness to requests/questions, quality of product, pricing and most importantly thee friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff. During the installation phase I continued to be very pleased with selecting ACE as they provided a vey high quality installation the technicians being very knowledgeable and courteous. I have now been enjoying my home theater system for around 3 months. I continue to be very pleased with everyone I worked with at ACE; Jay, Trey, Sean, Justin to name a few. I highly recommend ACE if you are considering any type of home entertainment system.
Jay Stone and his Technology team pre-wired our home for sound and security. Once we moved in they did a great job meeting our sound system needs, installing our TV's and setting up our alarm system. They made sure we were happy with their products and service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
The installers were super courteous, helpful/patient with all of my questions, and really went above and beyond helping me with 2 things that they had no reason to assist with as it wasn't part of your services covered! If only all companies provided such great customer service!
I highly recommend Advanced Consumer Electronics. Their personnel are extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and deliver an excellent product at a fair price. The SONOS music system for streaming music from the internet (or other devices) throughout your house is the absolute state-of-the art.
I'm beyond pleased with the install of my security system and TV mounts/sound bar. Please know you absolutely have a 110% content customer in me and I'd be glad to share that with anyone looking for a security provider!
Terrible customer service. Overall terrible experience. Only positive was techs that came to the house were very nice. I would not recommend this alarm company to anyone.
