Went to look at a Stihl KM powerhead, customer service was rather lacking when I asked about what the return policy was. Told 7 days by Stihl but it was dealer discretion and they don't take returns. Disappointed will either take my business elsewhere or buy an Echo that has at least a Home Depot return policy. Didn't exactly feel the warm and fuzzies that made me want to spend between $300 and 400.
Super friendly and helpful staff! I can always find what I am looking for here. Highly recommend the "home town" feeling that you get when you are here. (and the popcorn is great too!)
