Nice people, affordable prices, lots of equipment and several different classes you can take at no additional charge. You have access to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They are everywhere and very convenient. I've been taking Silver Sneakers class and it really helped my shoulders. I don't need a shoulder physical therapy.
I enjoy working out here. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The membership rate is very reasonable. I wish they had a more diverse equipment, and something for shoulders, otherwise for the space available they do have a lot to work with.
In my professional endeavors, I workout in many large cities such as Las Angeles and New York-- To date, I have found no other facility such as Gym 365 in Advance, NC. I thoroughly appreciate that the facility is open 24 hours a day, and I like the fact that gym provides person(s) serious about lifting w/ the the most vital weightlifting accoutrements! Lastly-- the people who workout at the facility are super chill, as is the person(s) who operate the Gym.
