I have to say that in the past that I have used Advance Florist before and been really happy with their service. My Fiance went into their store the week of Valentines to inquire about getting them to do flowers for our wedding. Upon her request to see about getting a quote, she was told "No, I won't do it this week, come back after this week" It was not that she was told "No" but it was the way that she made her statement. A better way of saying that could have been used

I understand that they are busy trying to get things completed for the orders that they received, but you don't start off talking to a customer looking to spend money with your business saying "No" when they ask for a quote for a wedding.

I was able to get her on the phone and explained what I had been told and that I wished to cancel my order that I had placed online and was told that I would also have to cancel it online. I then asked her where the cancel button was on her website since I was looking at it, the manager then realized she would have to contact Flower Network to cancel the order to which she took my number and did cancel the order. She sounded quite proud calling me saying that Flower Network was cancelling the order and my money would be refunded.

While I understand being busy and stressed trying to get things done, being short with customers who walk in your store prepared to spend money on flowers for a wedding telling them "No" and then then further explaining "Not this week" and also being rude to someone on the phone is not an acceptable business practice.

I called to cancel a order that I had placed to possibly free up some time that they apparently needed and was met with what I could tell was stress on the phone by the person that answered and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she was very busy.
